Lalit provided the crucial knowledge of medicinal chemistry and special insights in drug discovery that enable Norachem to produce drug-like molecules and dramatically shorten the time to lead optimization. 

Lalit leads the drug discovery programs in immunology at Dice Molecules. During his post-doctoral tenure at St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, he led a cross-disciplinary drug discovery team focused on finding small molecule therapeutics for neurodegenerative disorders. The program was eventually absorbed by BridgeBio and led to the founding of CoA Therapeutics. 

Lalit has published over a dozen papers in leading medicinal chemistry journals, and has been the invited presenter and various international conferences in medicinal chemistry. He is also the owner of three patents. 

Lalit received his  Ph.D. in organic chemistry from the University of Kentucky, Lexington.
